Annual Electrical Check
If you have had a PIR carried out you will then only need an Annual Safety Check every year. This is less onerous and is a superficial check of the following:
- Electrical appliances;
- A visual and functional inspection of the electrical installations and fixed wiring;
- Functionality test of the RCD;
- Identify list of circuits;
- Report on the above.
